The second part of the VPN (virtual private network) upgrade performed by Campus Technology Services (CTS) and started on May 4 will take place Thursday, May 5, from 7 to 8 a.m. During this time, some technology services will be unavailable for employees and student employees.

VPN is commonly used to connect to on campus services while off campus. These services include but are not limited to:

Banner/Argos/BDM
Degree Works
Phone queue calling system (Jabber)
Shared (O:) drive access
