Scheduled
We’re performing maintenance work on Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. ET. to continue providing you the best experience with your Pearson products. We are alerting you now to ensure you have time to plan for the maintenance work and adjust assignments if needed. Please remember to inform your students of this work so they can adjust their schedules too. See below for specifics on the affected products.

What will be impacted?

ALL MyLab and Mastering courses: You and your students will be unable to access your courses for the entire maintenance window.

This impacts all courses, including those integrated with a learning management system like Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace by D2L, and Moodle.

When you and your students attempt to access your courses, you’ll see a maintenance notification page.

Students will not be able to register for or enroll in any courses.

Instructors will be unable to create new or copy existing courses.

Revel: You and your students will be unable to access your Revel courses for the entire maintenance window.
This impacts all courses, including those integrated with learning management systems like Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace by D2L, and Moodle.
Content downloaded to the mobile app before maintenance starts will be available.

Aida, Learning Catalytics, Live Response, MediaShare, MyDietAnalysis, Pearson Prep, Pearson Interactive Labs, and StatCrunch: You and your students will be unable to access these tools for the entire maintenance window.
