Starting at approximately 3:30 p.m. yesterday, Sept. 4, logging in to Brightspace became problematic from both on-campus and off-campus. When attempting to log in, some people received a “404 URL not found” error.
SUNY Online reports the issue was resolved at 5:00 p.m. yesterday. If you are still experiencing any issues, clear all of your web browser’s cache and cookies.

Starting at approximately 3:30 p.m. today, Sept. 4, logging in to Brightspace became problematic from both on-campus and off-campus.
When attempting to log in, some people received a “404 URL not found” error. SUNY Online is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For now, the workaround solution is to clear all of your web browser’s cache and cookies, then attempt to log in again using https://mylearning.suny.edu.
