Voicemail and phone tree issue

Incident Report for Campus Technology Services Status

Resolved

Starting at approximately 11:15 a.m.. today, Jan. 17, campus voicemail and phone extensions set up with call trees became unavailable to all callers from on and off-campus. The following were characteristics of the issue:

-Phone calls to on-campus phone numbers are unable to transfer to voicemail if a caller does not answer
-Calling voicemail is unavailable
-Phone numbers set up with a call tree result in a “please try again” answer

At approximately 5:10 p.m., the issue was resolved. Voicemail and phone trees are now working as expected.
