At approximately 8:30 a.m. this morning, Campus Technology Services (CTS) and our hosting provider resolved the issue. myOswego is now working as expected.

Investigating

Starting at approximately 5 a.m. today, June 26, the myOswego portal became unavailable to anyone from on and off campus. Users are presented with a “There is a temporary data retrieval problem. Some cards may not be visible at this time. Please contact your IT help desk.” message. CTS is working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
