Starting at approximately 7:45 a.m. today, Nov. 12, some network services became unavailable from on and off campus. This included VPN access for remote workers.
At approximately 12pm, network service was restored. Access to networked digital services should now be working as expected.

-Citrix apps access from off-campus -services employees would access from a VPN connection working remotely such as Banner and the shared O: drives. -Employee printing using OswegoPrint (the new Pharos printing) -locally installed versions of SPSS, Autodesk, Avid Pro Tools, ArcGIS, and Matlab

Connecting to some services may work intermittently. Campus Technology Services (CTS) is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
