Pearson will be performing maintenance on select MyLab products, MyEnglishLab, and Pearson English Portal on Saturday, April 23, 2022, beginning at 1:00 a.m. and concluding by 9:00 a.m. ET. You’re receiving this information in advance so that you have time to adjust due dates and schedules. Please remember to inform your students of this work so they can adjust their schedules too.

What will be impacted?

You will be able to access your MyLab courses, however, Grader and Excel project functionality will be unavailable during the maintenance window for the following disciplines only:

MyLab Accounting
MyLab Engineering
MyLab Economics
MyLab Finance
MyLab MIS
MyLab Statistics
All other MyLab disciplines will be fully functional and available on the April 23, 2022 maintenance period.

MyEnglishLab: You will be unable to register multiple students at the same time. An "Unsuccessful" error message will appear when you try. Please register students one at a time.

Pearson English Portal: will be unavailable for the entire maintenance window. You will see an error page when attempting to log on during the maintenance.

Our Pearson System Status webpage has product impact details on the “Planned Maintenance” tab. We’ll also post messages 72 hours prior to the event on the product sign-on pages and Twitter, @PearsonSupport.
