On Tuesday, Nov. 26, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Campus Technology Services (CTS) will perform phone services maintenance affecting the use of voicemail and some related services. During this time period, the following services will be intermittent during the upgrades:

-Informacast (Emergency notification system for outdoors, office phones and computer lab/Advanced Technology Classroom computers)
-Voicemail
-Calling Trees
-Phone queue calling system (Contact Center / Jabber)
-Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (call reporting platform)

Basic phone services, internally and externally, should still be available during the entire outage window.
