Qwickly's production servers will undergo scheduled maintenance to optimize server performance and security on Friday, May 23, 2025, beginning at 7:00 pm Eastern Time. Maintenance is scheduled to be completed by 10:00 pm Eastern Time.
This scheduled maintenance window will impact all data centers (USA, London England, Sydney Australia). While we anticipate impact to be minimal, please expect all Qwickly products (Qwickly Attendance, Qwickly Course Tools, Qwickly Jot) to be in maintenance mode during the maintenance window, as some or all features may not be available.
While we have scheduled a three hour maintenance block, we anticipate the actual maintenance window for each data center to be shorter. Our team will prioritize minimizing the time user-access to products will be impacted.
