We’re writing to let you know about the planned maintenance taking place on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. EDT.
The following products will be impacted during this work:
Mastering Health Mastering Microbiology Mastering Nutrition
Mastering Physics You and your students will be unable to access courses in these Mastering disciplines for the entire maintenance window. This includes those courses integrated with an LMS. Instructors can't copy/create Mastering courses in these disciplines. A maintenance notification will appear at login.
MathXL for School and MyLab Math Global You and your students will be unable to access MyLab courses hosted on our MyLab School and Global server for the entire maintenance window. This includes those courses integrated with an LMS. Instructors can't copy/create MathXL for School or MyLab Math Global courses. A maintenance notification will appear at login or when users try to access these MyLab courses.
Pearson+: You and your students will be unable to access Pearson+ for the entire maintenance window. A maintenance notification will appear at login or when users try to access their Pearson+ eText.
Note: the following products will be available for the entire maintenance window, but there may be some impacts to functionality as outlined below.
MyLab courses: You and your students will be able to access these courses for the entire maintenance window. Content search will not be available; Instructors cannot copy/create courses; and eText will not be available. The following Mastering disciplines will remain as available Mastering A&P Mastering Astronomy Mastering Biology Mastering Chemistry Mastering Engineering Mastering Environmental science Mastering Genetics Mastering Geography Mastering Geology Mastering Meteorology Content search will not be available; Instructors cannot copy/create courses; and eText will not be available.
Revel: You and your students will be able to access your Revel courses for the entire maintenance window. Content search will not be available; Instructors cannot copy/create courses.
Learning Catalytics and StatCrunch: You and your students will be able to access these tools for the entire maintenance window. Content search will not be available.
We are alerting you now so you’ll have time to plan and adjust assignments if needed. Please remember to inform your students of this work so they can adjust their schedules too.
