Scheduled

On Thursday July 31, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Campus Technology Services (CTS) will perform network maintenance affecting access to the SUNY Oswego wireless and wired network. During this time, wired and wireless network access will be intermittently unavailable from many devices on-campus. Computer labs, classroom podium computers, CTS managed iPad and Chrome devices will not be impacted.

What do I need to do?

-After the maintenance is completed, check your wireless network access. You may need to accept a new certificate for your devices: You may need to accept a new certificate when you connect to the SUNY Oswego wired or wireless network for the first time after the maintenance.

- If you aren't prompted to accept a certificate and cannot connect to the network: The easiest solution is to "forget" the Oswego-Secure or Oswego-Secure-RES network on your device and then reconnect, providing your credentials again. You should then be prompted to accept the new certificate. For detailed instructions on how to forget a wireless network, please refer to our "How to Forget a Wireless Network" article (https://oswego.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/277/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=10894).

If you have any questions related to this maintenance, please contact CTS.
