Campus Technology Services (CTS) continues to enhance data security by adding multi-factor authentication (MFA) as a second layer of authentication to many digital services. MFA requires the use of your normal password along with a code sent to an app or phone.
The newest application to require MFA includes Citrix. MFA will be turned on for this service based on the following schedule. Please note, MFA for this service will work similar to services already using MFA including Brightspace and myOswego.
On Tuesday, Dec 26, Citrix, used for virtual applications, will start requiring MFA. To make this possible, the system will be unavailable from Tuesday 12/26/23 from 9 a.m. - Friday 12/29 until 4:00 p.m.
